To request deletion of information held by Blue Internet Solutions Ltd., email info@blueinternetsolutions.com with the subject “Data deletion request.”
Include:
- The website or application concerned.
- The email associated with your account.
- Whether the request concerns your account, connected social accounts, uploaded content or specific information.
Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity.
We respond within the applicable legal timeframe and explain any information that must be retained for legal obligations or another permitted reason.
Facebook and Instagram connections
Disconnect through the application where available or revoke access through the platform’s settings.
Disconnecting stops further authorised access but does not itself delete stored workspace content or posts already published externally. Include stored information in your deletion request. Published posts may also need to be removed through the platform.
Where a business customer controls your information, we may refer your request to that business and assist as its service provider.
